2. Safe Driving

• Do Not Distract: You agree not to interact with the app (typing, searching) while driving. Always prioritize road safety.
• Compliance: You must obey all local traffic laws and regulations while using Rodurn.

3. User Conduct (PTT & Chat)

• Respect: You agree to treat other users with respect. Hate speech, harassment, or abusive language on PTT or Chat channels will result in an immediate ban.
• No Spam: Do not use the communication features for advertising or spamming.

4. SOS Feature Usage

• Real Emergencies Only: The SOS feature is for genuine road emergencies (flat tire, mechanical failure, accidents).
• False Alarms: Deliberate misuse of the SOS feature to deceive other drivers may lead to account suspension.

5. Location Services

You acknowledge that Rodurn requires access to your location to function (navigation, nearby drivers). You are responsible for your privacy settings (Ghost Mode).

6. Disclaimer of Liability

Rodurn is a tool for navigation and social connection. We are not responsible for:

• Any accidents or damages incurred while using the app.
• The actions or behavior of other users you meet through the app.
• The accuracy of map data or traffic information.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
